Q: Where are you located?

A: Celebration Nutrition is based in Austin, Texas. Instead of meeting clients in a traditional office setting, we come to you! We hold appointments in offices, homes, and quiet, neutral settings based on client requests.

Q: Do you offer online services?

A: Yes! All of our services are available virtually. We utilize a secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual portal for face-to-face appointments with clients across the United States. Services can be booked directly through our site, and a link and password will be sent in advance of the scheduled appointment time. No software to download and nothing extra to purchase. Just click the link, enter the code, and you’re ready to go!

Q: What if I am outside of Texas? Can I still book services?

A: Yes! All of our services are available to clients across the United States. For counseling packages, services will be provided virtually via a secure, HIPPA-compliant online portal. Business services will be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Celebration Nutrition is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please call us at (512) 910-5515 by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, missed appointments will not be refunded.

Q: What is your availability for new clients?

A: We are currently taking appointments for new clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through the end of the year! All appointments will be held within normal office hours on these days. For specific availability, please feel free to contact us.

Q: Do you offer introductory consultations?

A: Yes! We offer FREE 15 minute phone consultations with potential clients to determine if we are a great fit for you. Book your appointment now to speak with a dietitian today!

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: Celebration Nutrition does not currently accept insurance. We will happily provide a superbill upon request at completion of services for you to send to your insurance provider, but there is no guarantee of approval.
