Our Story

At Celebration Nutrition, we believe in a JOY-filled life. We believe in balance. We believe in focusing on what really matters and letting the rest be.
Good nutrition shouldn’t be about restrictions. About counting calories. Or about diets. Let’s enjoy our food, enjoy creating it, eating it, savoring it. Let’s bring people together around the table and let relationships be the center stage.
Whether you are a woman looking to start a family soon, are about to welcome a new sweet baby, or have littles already at home, let us help you navigate the balance of real life and real food nutrition for you and your growing family. We provide plant-based nutrition services for soon-to-be mamas, new mothers, and young families. And if you have the challenge of also navigating food allergies, gluten intolerances or Celiac Disease alongside your plant-based lifestyle, we are here to walk alongside you as you find the best way possible to feed everyone without making 5 different meals each day.

What We Do

Celebration Nutrition provides whole food, plant-based nutrition services with an intuitive approach to food and wellness. We strongly believe that every woman, mother, daughter, and sister can have a healthy, and JOY-filled view of themselves, their bodies, and their nutrition without dieting, counting calories, or restricting their lifestyle. We walk along side you to ditch the dieting mentality for good and find JOY in your relationship with food and your body.

Contact us today for a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation, where we can discuss your nutrition needs and how Celebration Nutrition can best help you and your family.
